As you may know, the devastating wildfires currently impacting Los Angeles and other parts of Southern California have caused unimaginable hardship for countless families. Homes have been lost, lives have been uprooted, and entire communities are facing the daunting challenge of rebuilding.
In response to this ongoing tragedy, California Miramar University is coming together as a community to extend our support. On February 7, 2025, from ⏰ 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, we will host the "Stop the Fires" Community Fundraising Event at our location in San Jose. This event is dedicated to supporting the victims of the LA wildfires and honoring the bravery of the firefighters who have worked tirelessly to protect lives and property.
This is more than a fundraiser—it’s an opportunity to stand united as a community and show compassion to those in need. Together, we can make a significant difference by providing much-needed support and sending a powerful message of solidarity to the families who are struggling to rebuild their lives.
